3. Gift cards and vouchers.

4. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations not caused by Isadora Collection.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item(s).

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Return Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
